Steve was amazing. Extremely thorough during the inspection and showed us many items he found in person. After talking with Steve at the inspection, it was immediately evident that he has a true passion for the services he provides. Afterwards, he was very responsive to a variety of questions we had in the following weeks. Sherrie was also extremely helpful throughout the process. I could not give a higher recommendation, Inspect-O-Graff is the best of the best.

Sherrie, the office manager is phenomenal to work with to start the process. Steve the inspector is very detailed in his reports and he doesn’t miss anything on the construction site. His reports are super easy to read by myself and his knowledge of the building process Was a real plus for us being new to the Florida area and the way they build homes here using steel studs and concrete black would definitely use them again. I highly suggest that you look into this firm to do your home inspections you will not be sorry God bless

Steve and Sherri from Inspect-O-Graff were absolutely phenomenal and are WORTH EVERY PENNY and then some! We closed on our brand-new home just two months ago, and I only wish we had found them before closing. The previous inspectors missed so many issues that Steve spotted right away. He started on the roof and immediately found 10 problems before he even stepped inside.

Steve uncovered serious issues, including a dangerously installed dryer vent that could’ve caused a fire and little to no insulation above our primary bedroom, things we never would’ve known without him. He’s smart, incredibly detailed, and clearly passionate about protecting homeowners. And his wife, Sherri is just as amazing. She’s responsive, organized, and incredibly kind. They’re the kind of team that makes you feel confident, informed, and taken care of.

We will 100% be hiring them again for our one-year warranty inspection. If you want peace of mind and real expertise, look no further than Steve and Sherri. Truly the best out there and I’d recommend them to everyone.

I would highly recommend Steve Graff from Inspect-O-Graff for any of your home inspection needs. Even though my house is new construction, Steve found 10 items that needed to be addressed and fixed by the builder. A couple were quite significant. Steve has a wealth of housing construction knowledge and performs a very detailed inspection followed up with a timely written report. His photos and explanation made it easier for the builder's contractors to address and repair.
