I wouldn't buy a used car or truck without having it inspected by a knowledgeable auto mechanic who knows vehicles inside and out. Likewise I wouldn't buy a real estate property without having it inspected by a professional. And Steve Graff is hands down the best home inspector I've met in over 50 years as a real estate broker. He holds multiple contractor licenses, and his depth of knowledge about construction and building regulations is mazing. He has been my first choice when I need an inspection for myself, or for my buyer clients for the nearly twenty years I've known him.
